As Your Listing Agent I will:
• Help you obtain the highest possible price for your house in the shortest amount of time with the least amount of stress.
• Advise you in pricing your home by researching recent comparable sales within your area.
• Suggest what you can do to get your home in top selling condition by providing you with ‘staging’ tips and feedback.
• Enter your property information in MLS and provide a secure Lockbox. Every realtor in our area will have information and pictures of your home, and can schedule showings for their qualified buyers; obtaining safe easy access to your home without interrupting your schedule.
• Set up showings through Showing Services (convenient way to show your home & provide feedback).
• Provide feedback from showings.
• Immediately advise you of changes in the market condition.
• Present all offers to you promptly and assist in evaluating them.
• Schedule and coordinate completion of inspections, appraisals and contingencies and keep you informed about important deadlines.
• Negotiate the repair request presented by the buyer.
• Provide top recommendations of attorneys, vendors and others as needed to facilitate the sale of your home.
• Coordinate and supervise the preparation of all closing documents and guide you through the closing process!
